...the opportunity to get acquainted with the charming and mysterius world of wine...
The Boutari Company has been a powerful force in the Greek wine industry since it was first established in Naousa in 1879. Set to offer products with an excellent price-quality relationship and contribute to consumers’ quality of life, Boutari focuses on investments for viticultural and enological research and is the only company in Greece to create a network of six wineries that inhabit nearly every important wine producing region in the country.

In 1990, in order to provide customers with an insider’s access to the charming and mystic world of wine, the Group opened its recently acquired Santorini wineries to the public; the wineries in Naoussa, the small and hospitable winery in Goumenissa and the modern winery in Crete soon followed suit.
Visitors are taken to behind-the-scene guided tours to get acquainted with wine-making methods, grape varietals, wine aging and tasting. They are also treated to a visual show presenting the area’s history and special character, topped with a gastronomic experience featuring local traditional dishes happily married with regional wines.
A visit to any of the Boutari wineries is a unique educational, cultural, oenological and gastronomic experience that will stay with you forever!
